Disappearing Nine Patch - Beginning Quilt Class

Your first Disappearing Nine Patch quilt is always quite magical..... Disappearing Nine Patch quilts are designed by arranging and sewing together nine squares to create a traditional nine patch quilt block. But instead of leaving the block as-is it is sliced into four equal sections to create a disappearing design. Magic!!

This is an ideal pattern for a scrap quilt or great way to use layer cakes or charm square packs. You can use any number of like sized squares as long as the number of squares you use is divisible by nine. The final design of the quilt is completely up to you! It is easy to make and looks impressive when finished!!

This would be an ideal quilt for a novice or an experienced quilter. It would also be an ideal second project for anyone who has just completed the Quilting Basics class. 

All you need is your sewing machine in good working order and a few basic sewing/quilting tools. (If you have not pulled your machine out in some time, PLEASE test sew before you come to class so that if there are any issues with the machine, they can be resolved prior to the class.)
